How BDOC ensures fairness

BDOC uses a combination of exam rules, activity monitoring, and post-exam review to maintain integrity. Depending on the exam format, this may include camera monitoring, screen behavior tracking, timing analysis, and manual review of unusual performance.

  • Clear exam rules are shared before the exam starts.
  • Suspicious behavior may be flagged for review.
  • Top-ranked participants may be checked manually.
  • Verification steps may be added for selected candidates.

What is not allowed

To keep the competition fair, BDOC does not allow cheating, impersonation, unauthorized help, or the use of prohibited tools during an exam.

  • Using AI tools or external assistance during the exam
  • Opening extra tabs or switching away from the test window, if prohibited
  • Impersonation or account sharing
  • Submitting copied or duplicated work
Violation of exam rules may lead to disqualification, result cancellation, or further review.

Verification and review

To protect honest participants, BDOC may apply extra verification for high-scoring or unusual submissions. This helps us make sure the final result is dependable and fair.

  • Manual review of suspicious patterns
  • Follow-up verification or viva, where needed
  • Re-checking logs before finalizing results
  • Investigation based on evidence, not rumors

Reporting concerns

If a participant or guardian has a concern, BDOC encourages them to contact us with specific details and any available evidence. We review concerns respectfully and professionally.

Please include the exam name, participant name or ID, the issue observed, and any proof such as screenshots or timestamps if available.

Trust is built through consistency

BDOC believes in fairness, transparency, and merit. We are continuously improving our systems so every participant can compete with confidence.
