1. Participation & Eligibility

All students may participate in BDOC Olympiads, subject to eligibility rules and fee payment. Participation must be through valid and honest means.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All registration fees are non-refundable once submitted, unless an event is canceled by BDOC.
• We are not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party payment systems (e.g., Bkash, SSLCommerz).

3. Event Management

• BDOC reserves the right to modify event dates, formats, or procedures with prior notice.
• All decisions regarding scoring, awards, and certificates are final.

4. Limitation of Liability

BDOC is not liable for technical failures, user-side internet issues, or any indirect losses arising during event participation. All services are provided "as is."

5. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, logos, and materials on BDOC are the intellectual property of the BDOC team. They may not be reproduced or reused without permission.

6. No Government Affiliation

BDOC is a private, independent initiative. We are not affiliated with any government, ministry, or academic board. Certificates are issued by BDOC organizers only.
